KIN Selected to Create YPO Knowledge Pledge Community
Washington, (KIN Communications) -- Knowledge Impact Network is honored to be selected as the platform partner for the YPO Knowledge Pledge Community.

Founded in 2020 to help social impact initiatives benefit from real-world business experience, KIN is creating the new Community with YPO to bring that service inside the global network of more than 38,000 chief executives and business leaders across 150 countries .
YPO Knowledge Pledge Community (YPO-KPC) is for YPO members who want to leverage their experience, judgment, and networks to increase impact and improve lives.
Members of YPO-KPC will actively participate in high-credibility social impact projects, introduce their own ventures into the ecosystem, and help shape the future of
the new YPO community.

“For me, this is a full-circle moment,” said Alain Chetrit, KIN co-founder and YPO Gold member. “We started this impact work inside YPO in 2012, continued it through KIN, and are now bringing it back to YPO with renewed focus and momentum. This is where leadership moves from insight to action.”
The YPO Knowledge Pledge Community targets members who view leadership as more than just business success. It connects purpose-driven organizations and social ventures with experienced YPO leaders, who share not only ideas but also hard-earned judgment, operational expertise, and trusted relationships to tackle urgent global issues.
“These challenges demand more than capital,” Chetrit said. “They require seasoned judgment and the ability to execute. At the same time, many YPO members have spent decades building and scaling organizations and are increasingly looking for meaningful ways to apply that experience.”
KPC, he added, “exists at the intersection of those needs — convening trusted leaders as true thought and execution partners to help turn promising solutions into lasting impact.”
Members will participate in 90-minute Sprint Sessions and multi-session Deep-Dive Working Groups, where small teams work closely with vetted, scale-ready institutions and ventures. YPO members may also initiate their own Social Impact Projects, forming peer working groups to help design and implement solutions. Strategic introductions — to funders, partners, and decision-makers — are another key way members help accelerate progress.
The YPO Knowledge Pledge Community is led by an Executive Committee that features Learning Officer Komal Pareek (Co-Founder, Isotonik Solutions); Assistant Learning Officer Randall Zindler (Innate Motion Change Lab); Communications Officer Cesar Castro (Founder, Escalate Group); Forum Officer Paulo Batista (CEO, Alicerce Educação); and Strategy Officer Scott Mordell (CEO, Forrader Group and former YPO President). There are also officers, ambassadors, contributing experts, and partners that have become part of the effort.
For participating institutions and ventures, KPC provides direct access to leaders experienced in navigating complexity, making high-stakes decisions under uncertainty, and delivering results. These leaders offer governance perspective, operational rigor, and trusted networks—enhancing strategy and readiness to scale.
Instead of functioning as a traditional advisory network, KPC collaborates actively with partners to turn ambition into lasting, real-world results.
Few communities, Chetrit noted, have gained the depth of experience that YPO members have developed over decades of peer learning and leadership. “KPC provides a disciplined way to share that knowledge where it can make the biggest impact,” he said in announcing the new YPO Community.
At pivotal moments, he added, what matters most is often judgment: the ability to ask difficult questions, strengthen governance, and make clear-eyed decisions. That is the contribution YPO-KPC is meant to unlock.
In a welcoming letter to members, Chetrit extended a clear invitation: “If you are interested in sharing your knowledge and working on solutions, we invite you to connect with us.”
