Education for Employment

(Education/Economic Opportunity) Education For Employment (EFE) is the leading nonprofit in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) creating economic opportunities for unemployed youth in MENA. Since 2006, EFE has trained more than 129,000 youth and helped them find employment, and 57% of their graduates are women.

In order to exponentially increase its impact, EFE is launching its first-ever capital campaign. The Capital Campaign will raise the working capital to make the up-front investments needed to achieve their bold 2025 Strategic Goals. EFE reached out to the Knowledge Impact Network for their guidance on how to best communicate their capital campaign needs. (Catalyze Session)

Knowledge Partners advised EFE on how to increase donor outreach, tailor messaging to the capital campaign, and deliver a compelling value case. Knowledge Partners will tap into their network and provide EFE with like-minded people for fundraising. With KIN’s support, EFE will be able to help more than 500,000 youth by 2025.
